Awake

Awake is an interactive cinematic VR experience for the HTC Vive built using Unreal Engine and Volumetric capture methods from Microsoft. You play as an onlooker and ethereal presence that follows Harry through his lucid dreams and memories as he literally transforms his dreams into reality.

While developing Awake my main responsibilities were Handling Volumetric capture assets from encoding to controlling playback at runtime, Implementation of creative concepts and app flow to combine audio with volumetric and interactive in engine components, optimizations and assisting in management and training of junior developers and contractors.
